Tod Seelie’s book release and photo show at Superchief Gallery at CultureFix was a celebration of the last 15 years of New York’s underground, for sure; but it also kept an eye on the future.

On Wednesday, July 11th, we had our first art opening for “As High As Yo’ Chest, As Wide As the Ocean” at the brand new Superchief Gallery. It was a truly successful event, look at the pictures!
Lou Silver is one part of the Tender Trap ownership trinity. He’s the kind-hearted mustache’d man working his ass off behind the bar every night. Unfortunately, Lou suffered a heart attack on Sunday afternoon and is currently in critical condition at Beth Israel. His family asks that you keep his well-being in mind and prayers.
